Judder Reduction: Maximize On Play (Unity Lab Renderer)


These graphs show how maximizing the Unity editor game view results in much faster frame timing.

  • Unity version 5.4.4f1
  • Using lab shaders from  theLabRenderer plugin along with Valve Camera
  • Unity SteamVR plugin
  • Valve Camera Adaptive Quality enabled
  • AdaptiveQuality updates are done during OnPreCull as in the current release of the unity steamVR plugin
